Body Sculpting is a strength building and conditioning class. We will maximize your workout by targeting major muscle groups. Working your whole body is the most efficient way to shape up all over.

What does a sample class look like??

During class we use body weight as resistance and may incorporate equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and stability balls.

What benefits should the member expect from this class?

Strengthened and defined muscles, which can help boost your metabolism, and minimized the risk of bone loss. Modifications can always be given for each person depending on their level of strength, past injuries, or a beginner. No one should feel intimidated and enjoy the class.
