What should first timers coming to the class expect?

To feel welcomed! Have fun with a challenging workout. Silver Sneakers is designed that the format is familiar where ever you attend class. It is the instructors that bring their style and personality for you to gain the most from your workout. Modifications can be offered for all exercises.

What does a sample class look like?

we start out with several minutes of cardio, use hand weights and resistant bands for strength and flexibility. Class ends with a brief guided meditation.
