Three times per year, thousands of people across the United States and Canada come together to “kick start” their weight loss journey to see what they can accomplish in just 4 weeks. Led by a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach, this team approach creates tremendous camaraderie, support, accountability and ultimately success! Over 40,000 people have “kick started” their health & weight-loss journey with this Balanced Habits program since 2008!

KICK START is a comprehensive nutrition and fitness program. This program has been so successful (since 2008), that it is now being offered three specific times per year throughout the United States and Canada.

This program was designed to demonstrate how you can “kick start” your health and fitness journey in just 28 short days! Over 40,000 people have cumulatively decimated a whopping 20 tons of unwanted body fat pounds! …And we’re not done yet!

Who is the KICK START for?

Women and men ages 18 – 80 (under 18 with parental permission), who are ready to lose unwanted body fat, quickly and permanently. Each participant receives a structured 28-day road map with suggestions how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach.
